E T O N S ’ H C A CO Hello Bucks Fans!! I wanted to take this time to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Rod Miller and I am the new Head Coach of your Bismarck Bucks! The players, my coaching staff, and myself are all very excited about this 2019 season and our inaugural season as members of the Indoor Football League (IFL). We look forward to putting together a season everyone here in Bismarck, Mandan and the surrounding areas can be proud of. As you know, you and your energy are a huge part of the game-day experience and we can’t wait to see, hear and feel your loud, rambunctious and supportive 9th Man Spirit! Thanks again and I look forward to meeting all of our Bucks Fans!!

PLAYERHIGHLIGHT

NAME: William Gibbs HEIGHT: 6’0” WEIGHT: 185 lbs POSITION: WR NUMBER: #3

William Gibbs is a 23-year-old Houston Texas native who is very family oriented and grew up in a Baptist Christian household, as a third generation preacher’s child. Gibbs grew up with his three siblings, one of whom currently plays for the Bismarck Bucks as our Quarterback! While sports have always been a big part of his life, he also dabbles in the art world. In High School, he was a University Interscholastic Qualifier (UIL) for his still life pastel art and he also enjoys painting portraits. Not only did he produce art in the form of paintings, he also participated in performance art, where he did ballet for 5 years. Football is not the only sport in which he excels. Gibbs participated in basketball, football, and track in high school. His track career took off while running for the University of Houston and he obtained many accolades throughout his college career. Gibbs was also on the indoor and outdoor team that won the American Conference Championship, he was a finalist in the USA Junior Championship for the 110 hurdles, and was a NCAA regional qualifier for the 110 Hurdles. Gibbs is an important asset to the Bismarck Bucks with his speed and agility as a powerful force for Bucks offense!
