Returns Policy

You only pay when your order is processed. In the unlikely event that a last-minute hiccup occurs, we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

For some busy seasons, such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, our shipment time may vary. And we don't send out any items on the weekends.

Returns on a case-by-case basis are offered for goods which arrived damaged or the wrong product. Chocolate biscuit returns will not be accepted in any other circumstance.
