SPY Watch the other visitors. -

What are they wearing? How do they move? Are they taking a nap? Do they have cameras? What are they talking about? Write down what they say about art. What noises do they make? -

Start a conversation and/or write a story involving the visitors and artworks. You can also draw a cartoon of the situation.

INSIDE WHAT WOULD YOU FIND IF YOU COULD LITERALLY STEP INSIDE THE WORK?

MEMORY Look briefly at an artwork, then turn around. -

Try to remember what the work looks like. -

Make a mental list of the elements that stood out for you. -

Look at the work again. -

Did you remember correctly?

SOURCE Which raw material was used to make the material you see? -

Where does it come from? -

Is it recycled?

POSE Imitate the pose of one or more of the people in this work. Is it a natural pose? Why and how did the artist choose this pose? How would the person/people depicted feel?

Choose a pose from a work in another room and imitate it. The rest of the group then has to find the corresponding work.

FOR AN ABSTRACT WORK

BLINKERS Make blinkers with your hands so that you can only see the work in front of you and can lose yourself in it. Do you experience it any differently now? How?
