City Manager Candidate Interviews

MONDAY, MARCH 13, 2023 AT 6:00 P.M.

The selection process is underway for the appointment of a new Birmingham City Manager. Current City Manager Tom Markus will complete his 2 5 year term on June 30, 2023 Final interviews of the top three candidates will be conducted during a special City Commission meeting on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., immediately before the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting. During the special meeting, the process for electing a Mayor will also be discussed.
