THRIVE REPORT 2022

2022: A Big Year for Community Building at Birgo

Looking back on 2022, a clear theme emerges: the power of community. Because nothing truly great is ever achieved alone.

Greatness comes from the many contributions of committed and passionate people. And at Birgo, those people are you, our amazing community of change-makers. Your valuable time, devoted effort, and endless support have all gone into making 2022 a milestone year, both for the company and the communities we serve across our region.

We’re proud to have achieved record highs this past year in terms of residents, investors, employees, and properties owned and managed. What a feat! It’s both a feather in our cap and a reason to aim even higher next year. But the numbers only tell part of the story.

This year also saw the launch of Reiturn, our first foray into the public investment sphere. Through Reiturn, everyday investors now have the opportunity to build wealth through real estate, without having to jump through hoops or start out with significant financial means. It’s a big step forward, and one we’re thrilled to make together.

As you make your way through the 2022 Thrive Report, we hope you’ll feel proud of the community you belong to here at Birgo.

We couldn’t do it without you.

I had a great experience with Birgo Realty! My rental agent Curtis was amazing, he answered all my questions quickly and if he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me promptly. They made my move from Florida to Pennsylvania an extremely smooth transition!

As an employee, Birgo has helped me understand why valuing company culture and having a mission driven focus brings a deeper fulfilling purpose to our work. It is where I have learned that sharing openly any issues that arise help accelerate my own personal and company wide goals. It is rare to find a collection of people who are collaboratively working together to support each other actively and that is exactly what I have found at Birgo.

Working for Birgo has been a great experience in teamwork. Each and every Birgo employee brings their own special expertise to the table, so that Birgo can continue to be successful and change lives through real estate.

Working for Birgo and with the wonderful people here hasbeenagreatexperience.I’mabletousemyknowledgeto help our tenants daily and improve my skill set. I find both of these things extremely rewarding. The head office team has always been helpful and kind. In addition, the crew we have on the property have a deep well of knowledge that they are more than willing to share. It is refreshing to find such strong teamwork across the company.

Beautiful apartment in a great area! Maintenance is wonderful. If anything needs any attention it’s taken care of in a timely manner. Property management keeps in touch regarding any changes or anything that we need to know about the property.
