6 A ‘HOW TO’ LOOK AT THE HAM FEAST WHAT’S IN YOUR FEAST PACK PREPARED HAM [HALF OR FULL] // SCORED + CLOVES BIRCH X DAWNING DAY SPICED BRANDY + ORANGE GLAZE // READY FOR HAM ROAST POTATOES + PUMPKIN // ROASTED + IN TRAY READY TO REHEAT HEIRLOOM CARROTS + HERB BUTTER // READY TO STEAM BEANS, PROSCIUTTO + ESCHALOT // PREPARED READY TO FRY FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE [DOING TIME 20 minutes // COOKING TIME 2 HOURS] PREPARATION FOR HAM 1.
