NEW ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE

The construction of the new BIPORAL administrative office marks a significant milestone in the administration of the 2020-2024 Executive Committee members and the Estate management team. This is the first phase of the project which entails a new gate and administrative office structure. The Estate office serves as a central hub to coordinate all estate related operations. This complex is located at the first oval , just after the estate gate, this makes it easy for residents and vendors to walk in and transact their business seamlessly

We kindly implore residents to bear with us as we commence the second phase of the new gate and administrative building project in the week after the election as this will impact on the free flow of traffic

The office has been designed and fully furnished with modern facilities such as, collaborative workspace for employees, internet access, board room and comfortable reception lounge for residents, vendors and guests In addition to this new development, we have created a banking hall for the ease of residents to experience optimum service delivery. We are delighted to inform residents that the following transactions can be made in the edifice such as vending of water, processing estate access cards and RFID car tags
