Streptococcus agalactiae is identified by its growth exclusively on B media, accompanied by a complete hemolytic zone around the colony.
E. coli and Klebsiella are identified by their exclusive growth on A media, characterized by red/pink and blue colonies, respectively.
Attention: The presence of three or more types of bacterial growth suggests that the sample was likely contaminated.
