The control systems Osby Parca BC1 and BC2, std-design for biomass boiler systems The contol systems are based on ABB AC 700F and are running modulated at 25-100% load. Operating data and information is displayed on a screen using clear graphical images and it is also possible to perform remote interrogation and operation. With the option of a license you will be able to re-programme the control system after delivery according to you future needs. This is truly a flexible and adaptable system.
Automatic control can be programmed to manage all of the functions in the in the boiler plant, including, for example, accumulator tanks, distribution pumps, etc. Programming and design of the control systems is done by our own expert control engineers, which means that the controls can be tailored to satisfy each customer’s requirements and preferences, and can also be seamlessly adapted to equipment in an already existing boiler plant. The primary task of the control system is to assure a constant supply temperature from the boiler, independent of the heating requirements of the adjacent system. The control system ensures that the correct amount of fuel is delivered to the boiler, monitors that the ash is removed correctly, manages the cleaning intervals for the flue gas tubes, and also functions as an alarm panel. Boiler output can be adjusted without any mechanical or electrical changes. The precision of the control system results in low emission values irrespective of the output at which the boiler is operating. All values are shown on the display mounted on the control cabinet door, including graphic information about which motors are operating.
