Because of my prior experience as a class leader, which has given me a solid foundation and knowledge with the tasks and requirements of the role, I am confident in my ability to perform the duties of the position for which I am applying. I have a broad skill set that fits the position's needs. I've shown my capacity to host and manage numerous programs successfully. In order to fulfill the requirements of the role and contribute to the organization's overall success, I am prepared to put up the effort and go above and beyond. I'm inspired to share my knowledge, creativity, and vitality to promote progress.
Why are you standing for the position?
I believe in the potential of this organization to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change. As President, I am confident in my ability to lead and involve students as much as possible, effectively communicate the vision of ASIS. I will create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone's voice is heard, leading to increased engagement. I am fully committed to investing the time, effort, and dedication required to fulfill the responsibilities of the President. I possess expertise in decision-making, problem-solving, team management, and organizational development, which are integral to effective leadership as President.
What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?
If elected I would aim to:
1. Bridge any gap between ASIS and the students
2. Increase interaction between juniors and seniors
3. Further extend the reach of ASIS
4. Increase students participation in programs
5. Bring transparency
6. Conduct various programs for the student and organizational benefit
