Byanney’s residence is located in the hills of Shivapuri , Budhanilkantha , Kathmandu. The residence is designed for 4 people.

Following the principle of Master Architect Ludwig Miew Vander Rohe the building is divided into public and private spaces.The plain white walls and use of large windows can be seen in the facades.

PROJECT BRIEF

Located in Balkumari, Lalitpur. R & B Home Decor is a long span structure with a capacity for 25 workers. Both manufacturing unit and shiowroom and administration block is supported by truss constuction.

While the remaining manufacturing units are single-story buildings, the showroom and administration building has two stories which emphasizes the showroom and offers hierarchies.

I designed this building for my design studio project in the sixth semester of architecture school under the guidance of Ar. Arjun Basnet and Ar. Prajjwol Joshi
