JOB TITLE : PROGRAM COORDINATOR FOR INTERNAL OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO : EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

JOB SUMMARY : The Program Coordinator for Internals is in charge of internal operations and coordination with the current and prospective partner schools for the smooth implementation of the program.

KEY RESULT AREAS

A. BINHI PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist in the implementation of the BINHI Program in the respective sites following the BINHI Teaching Manual;

● Monitor and assess the students’ attendance and undertake appropriate measures and/or interventions when necessary;

● Organize/ implement / coordinate the following activities:

a. Student Testing

b. Parent’s Orientation/Workshop

c. Culminating Activities

d. Other special projects for the children

● Coordinate the procurement, production, and delivery of learning and instructional materials;

● Assist in the planning, preparation and conduct of the Teachers’ Trainings, Parents’ Orientation/Training, and Volunteer Orientation/Workshop;

● Prepare/submit relevant reports on program implementation / evaluation;

● Assist in the preparation and analysis of program databases;

● Prepare and facilitate the monitoring and disbursement of teachers’ stipend;

B. MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAM DATABASE

● Collaborate with government agencies, communities, schools and other partners for program effectivity;

● Liaise with and prepare information about other prospective partner schools.

● Manage and ensure completeness, accuracy and relevance of the following data:

a. Student’s data base

b. Student’s Info Sheets/Student Profile

c. Test Papers and Assessment Forms via Jotform / Google Form

d. Partner Sites Info

e. Teachers’ Attendance Sheet

f. Monitoring/Evaluation Forms

● Prepare summary of relevant data;
