The main impetus for creating the design of the library was “Personal space”. Nowadays, people often look for a place of seclusion to concentrate on their own affairs, studies or simply to distract themselves from the surrounding environment. Therefore, space is crucial in this project. Due to the large premises, the distance can be maintained. In this way, visitors can enjoy their time without distracting each other.
The entrance area and Recreation are located on the first floor. The recreation area combines a cafe, an “atrium” and an exhibition hall. Thus, the first floor separates Recreation and other functional groups from each other, which provides comfort and logic to the building.
The lecture and information zone has many classrooms for lectures, seminars, etc. There are also co-working spaces and a computer class for receiving and using information in electronic form.
The library area is on the third floor. This floor has a variety of rooms that allow visitors to be divided according to their specifics. Thus, we have a common reading room, a reading room for children of different ages, a book depository, as well as a specialized room for certain needs.

Type: Conceptual Project Area: 64 m2
The modular house consists of two rectangular volumes on top of each other. The lower floor is a single space with large windows. There is a public area with a living room and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. And on the top floor there are two bedrooms with a terrace. Glass doors lead to the terrace, which in good weather is a great addition to relax.

Location: Feodory Pushynoi St, 4, Kyiv, Ukraine
Area: 3,15 ha
The school building has a “petal” structure, with blocks of petals converging in the middle. This construction is reminiscent of an urban atmosphere, with a center square and streets. In the “streets,” there are bright modern classrooms, laboratories, drawing rooms, a gym, and other facilities. The assembly hall is the “heart” of the school, where school events such as holidays, lectures, and performances will take place. There is an entrance group with a reception on the first floor in the center, above which is an assembly hall. There are zones of specialized classes of various forms of arts around the assembly hall, as well as a place for after-school groups, a dining room, and a medical block.
On the second and third levels, there are classrooms with a natural science cycle zone. The concept also includes a sports hall with associated facilities and a library on the second floor.
The exterior is bright yellow with red accents and features a glass curtain wall in the center. The school’s grounds are being completely renovated, with the construction of a full-fledged sports center and the appropriate recreational areas, as well as safe pedestrian traffic and consideration for those with limited mobility.

Location: Verkhovynna St, 36, Kyiv, Ukraine
Area: 1,76 ha
The multi-storey residential building has 16 floors. On the ground floor there are rooms for rent. Entrances for these premises are from the outer street, and the main entrance to the house for residents is from the yard. There are 5 apartments on a typical floor (one one-room apartment, two two-room apartments and two more three-room apartments). On the last floor there are three penthouses with terraces.
In the courtyard of the house there is an area for recreation and walking, sports and playgrounds, under which there is an underground parking.

I tried to make the building look near to the nature. Wooden and stone texture facades and panoramic windows that ensures that the residence receives high-quality natural illumination throughout the day. Being open to landscapes allows you to come closer to them, sense the atmosphere of nature, and touch the countryside simply by being at home.
On the first floor we meet kitchen and living room. And the sleeping area is on the second floor.

The main impetus for creating the design of the staircase was “Connection with Nature”. Natural elements bring feeling of natural indoors. They connect emotions of nature with the living world. Natural stones and wood can relive mood, reduce depression, and help develop empowered decoration. Therefore, adding stone and wood compliment the entire purpose of interior decoration by making the entire decorative space durable.
