Architectural solid model will be generated from the available data. This architectural model is information-rich and can be used for construction documentation and quantity survey. RCC and steel structures can be modeled. All Architectural information will be captured in the model.
Structural solid model will be prepared. This structure model can be RCC or steel structure depending on the project. This structural BIM model is information rich and can be used for construction documentation and quantity survey. All structural elements will be captured in the structural model including reinforcement details.
Solid MEP & F BIM models will be prepared from the 2D drawings / sketchesfrom the consultants. All the different services such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire protection, CCTV, Voice & DATA and other specialized service will be modelled separately by discipline experts. These models are an information rich model with heights, air flow details, materials etc. This can be used for the construction documentation.
All the models will be integrated for clash detection and other analysis. The integrated model represents the actual building before construction. It will include the problems and issues to be faced at the site and during construction. These issues and the problems will be analyzed and solved using the model. This saves a lot of time & resources.
The integrated model will be used to conduct interference analysis. The output will be shared with the consult ants. The clash areas will be analyzed with help of different discipline consultants. The solutions will be updated, and the model will be modified as per the consultants advice.
The identified clashes will be rectified and resolved with the consultants guideline. The model will be updated with the changes and the required solutions. All the disciplines will be modified and integrated once again. This process will be repeated till the clash free/interference free model is achieved.
Construction documentation with the detailing will be prepared from the model. Tender drawings GFC drawings will be prepared from the model. Relevant building codes will be followed. Depending on the level of details, the drawings will vary. These are 2D drawings generated from the model. It reflects the traditional construction documents.
As built models will be developed to represent the actual building in the site. As built will be generated by updating ex isting model or converting existing drawings or from point cloud data. Laser Point cloud data can be used to generate the exiting old building into a BIM model. These BIM models can be used to study and plan for any changes or modification to meet the present requirement.
BIM Architectural model will be rendered and visualized. Design alternatives and visually appealing alternatives will be prepared. Interiors and lighting will be incorporated to provide walkthrough’s and fly through’s. A realistic visual treat is the end result of meticulous Visualisation from the model.
Various CAD drafting services are offered by us. We provide detailed drawings, shop drawings and construction docu mentation and 2D drawings. Our CAD drafting services covers architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire protection, HVAC and ICT.
