Pentobarbital Sodium Injection DIN 00141704

Veterinary Use Only ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Pentobarbital Sodium USP.......................... 240 mg/mL INDICATIONS: For veterinary euthanasia of dogs, cats, horses, cattle, mink, laboratory animals and birds.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Inject approximately 2 mL/4.5 kg of body weight and 20 mL per 45 kg of body weight in horses and cattle.

Administer to effect by intravenous, intracardiac or intrapulmonary injection. (Intravenous is the preferred method.)

CAUTION: This product must not be used for anesthetic purposes.

Euthanised animals should not be used in animal feeds.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature (15° - 30°C).

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children.
