This final project was made as part of my graduation from university, I brought up the theme of the promotion of Maison Weiner bread. I am very interested in this topic they started the bakery business since 1936 by maintaining a recipe passed down to the present at the same time they were also to witness history in the Indonesian nation to gain independence from the colonialists Indonesia
