By Bill Napper HIGHLAND - Hardroad Theatre has done it again! They have provided great entertainment with hometown talent that fills a need for great family entertainment, live and close to home. The show was presented at the Highland High School Kennel. The primary cast was made up of The Marvelous Wonderettes Breanna Noe, (Cindy Lou), Kenzie Holzinger, (Suzy), Bethany Rosenthal (Missy), and Gentry Fifer, who portrayed Betty Jean. Act One of the show is set at Springfield High School gymnasium in 1958 and Act Two is set in 1968, the 10-Year Class Reunion of SHS 1958’s Class. The show highlights plenty of singing talent as Cindy Lou, Missy, Suzy and Betty Jean - The Marvelous Wonderettes. The group is made up of four Springfield High School seniors and they have been asked to sing at the prom. Seeing The Marvelous Wonderettes is a fantastic way to spend the evening with the entire family or a group of friends. In addition to having a great time, you’ll also help the Hardroad Theatre to continue bringing quality entertainment to local audiences.

Music
(The Pioneer, By Bill Napper)
Just before the show, Director Bill Sullivan welcomes everyone, gives a few details and asks them to silence cell phones.
None of the songs would have sounded as wonderful if it weren’t for the live music provided by the musicians. They did a great job as well.
