Getting Married at Ridgeway

Ridgeway Golf Club is Licensed for both Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships, We can hold your ceremony both in our Marquee or outside in our beautiful Wedding Garden.

You will need to book Caerphilly Registrars to conduct your ceremony It is really important to book the registrar as soon as you can to ensure you get a date and time you want to get married.

Your Declaration and register signing will take place in our dedicated marriage room.

The registrar office for Ridgeway is: Penalta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG and they can be contacted by calling 01443 863 478 or you can email via registrars@caerphilly.gov.uk

We currently charge ÂŁ300 for the Ceremony Set Up Both Indoors and Out

Wedding Check List

How much is your deposits?

Our deposit is £500.

You will also be asked to pay a further £500 on the 1st of January each year.

The Final balance is due on the 1st of the month before your Wedding

How many guests can be accommodated in the Marquee We can accommodate between 50 to 95 guests. In the day and uptp 130 in the evening.

Do I need to book the Registrar?

Yes, after you have selected a date with us, you will need to contact and book a registrar. You can contact the local registry office on 01443 863 478.

Do you offer Accommodation.

What music can I play at my wedding?

Our resident DJ will work with you to make sure you get the music you want to make your day Magical Can we bring in our own food and drinks?

We do not allow external catering, however we do permit Wedding cakes, favours and a few other items. Please ask for ideas and assistance.

Can we have a menu testing?

We do not offer Menu Tasting Can we use any outside entertainment?

Bands and Singers are allowed in the Club House and certain performers are allowed in the Marquee What time does the bar close?

The Marquee and Bars closed at Midnight

Can we use confetti?

Unfortunately we do not allow the use of Confetti .

Are fireworks/Chinese lanterns allowed?

We are surrounded by fields and animals graze not far away. so we have decided not to allow them.

Can our guests leave their cars overnight.?
