Stephanie is responsible for driving the organisations education initiatives, including its apprenticeship programme which is being launched at the multi-million-pound facility at Prospects College of Advanced Technology (PROCAT) in September.

You’ve recently joined the iKBBI, what are your first impressions?
That they are a lovely young and friendly bunch of people
What attracted you to your role with the iKBBI?
I was impressed with the Institute’s drive to raise and set standards within the industry, furthermore it had the benefit of being fantastically located for me with friendly working hours as I’m a Mum
Enough of business, tell us about yourself, married? Kids?
Yes, I’m married with two kids, Olivia 10 and Kieran 8
What’s your favourite holiday destination?
Disney Florida. I’m a huge Disney fan!
Book or Kindle?
Book, if I ever had the time!
Red or white wine?
White
What’s your favourite movie?
Oh, there’s so many but I’ll go with Jerry Maguire
What or who makes you laugh?
Observational comedians like Peter Kay, Lee Evans, Micky Flanagan. Basically, anyone




who can see the humour in day-to-day life
What or who makes you cringe?
When people ‘get it on’ on reality TV shows. Their parents must be so proud!
Name 3 people you’d most like to share a dinner party with?
David Beckham, Channing Tatum ….and now Lynsey from our membership team asked if she can come too – I wonder why! ha ha
Name 3 people you’d least like to share a dinner party with?
Katie Hopkins (yuk!), Gillian McKeith (double yuk!) and Ann Widdecombe (yawn!).
What song would most likely get you up on the dance floor?
