We, the family of Larry & Anna Peters, are planning a fundraiser to assist them financially.

Mr. Larry Peters has had two back surgeries in the last few years in Mexico that didn’t turn out so well, and he has a third surgery coming up here in Canada. Unfortunately, the doctors have informed him that he will not be able to work for quite a while since they need to repair and transplant one of the bones in his back. This fundraiser will take place on October 8th, 2022, at 5:00 in the evening. Planned for supper is mouth-watering gravy, golden-baked turkey, slow-cooked ham, creamy mashed potatoes, fluffy stuffing, locally grown corn, and for dessert, absolutely delicious apple pie. After supper, there will be an auction, and all donations for this auction will be greatly and sincerely appreciated.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a single Agribusiness operating facility. The position holder will be able to successfully balance the needs of a safe operating environment, ensuring that UFA’s assets are operating at a high-efficiency level, leading a customer-focused team, ensuring accurate inventory, safeguarding UFA’s assets, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

•Maintain the visual presentation of products and accessories and ensure they comply with corporate visual presentation and merchandising directives

•Work directly with Sales and Service Representatives to increase customer experience. Manage existing customer relationships and reach out in the market for post-purchase follow-up and care.

•Collaborate with operations engineering, merchandising, or business support to operate with UFA standard operating procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•5+ years of operational experience in a leadership role in customer service and operational excellent centered organization.

•College diploma or degree is an asset. Agriculture or Agribusiness background, interest, and aptitude.

•Valid driver’s license.

•Proven leadership skills which include successfully being a part of or leading high-performance teams.

•Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

•Experience in inventory management practices.

•Comfortable working within and complying with safety certification, monitoring, and compliance programs.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Store Manager, this position provides direction and oversees execution of the daily functions to the Yard Shipper/Receivers as directed by the Store Manager. This includes providing service excellence to our member/customers as well as making sure the materials handling equipment is maintained. The position provides coaching and training to the Yard Service Reps which includes: onboarding and forklift training certification. This role will also act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.
