Ensure the Slab is Square by Checking the Diagonals
My concrete contractor wanted to make sure he poured the pad correctly. He gave me a list of his questions and I didn’t know where to start. I called the Building Success Team and they answered all of the questions with certainty. My concrete contractor just finished pouring, so I talked with the Success Team again and am now on schedule!! Appreciate y’all
My HOA didn’t tell me that the building had to be the same colors as the house till we had our monthly meeting. I originally had the building in a light gray, but with our light cream house, they would not allow it. Luckily, with one phone call, I was able to have my building changed to pebble beige. My concrete is going down in two weeks, so I’m excited to get the building!
My family wanted a spot to hold family reunions, so I got a building with a large, open lean-to. My permit office didn’t tell me that the lean-to would be factored into the overall square footage. Thankfully, I was able to make the building a little smaller and still have the lean-to I wanted. I can’t wait for everyone to come out and see my new building.

How Scheduling Works
Congratulations! Now you are ready for scheduling. This is the easiest part of the process, but many customers can get frustrated. The way we are able to do these buildings at such a cost effective price is by going on runs. When you are ready, the schedulers will mark your area on a map. Once they have a few buildings in your area, they will start planning their trip. If there are more buidlings ready to get put up than a trailer can hold, buidlings that were ready first are typically prioritized. They load up anywhere from 3-5 buildings on the trailer to make the run cost effective. Once they have established a run, they will let you know your delivery date a week or two in advance. Because this is a travelling construction project, it is highly dependant on weather. If the crew gets held up by bad weather on a project before yours, it can delay your delivery date.
