WE ALWAYS GIVE MORE VALUE & INNOVATION TO YOU - DELIVERED AND INSTALLED - CREATIVE & EFFICIENT - CUSTOMIZABLE - CERTIFIED

Our steel buildings come to you delivered and installed. How we are able to do this is we go on runs. A run consists of having multiple buildings on a trailer. We will go out and install these buildings for the week, and then head back to the manufacturer on the weekend. Stay the weekend with our families and head back out for another week of installations. This is the most cost effective way, logistically to get these buildings at the best price to you, the customer.

We only sell certified buildings.

A certified building means that it will meet and exceed your local codes in regards to wind, snow, and loads. Many companies with skimp out on certified buildings to “low ball” you.

All of our buildings are customizable. Meaning that when you call in and need to change options around in order to better fit your needs, we can do that no problem. Our reps are trained to price your building right over the phone and send a quote within minutes.

Why Steel over wood framing?

It’s been a long anticipated debate over whether steel framing is a rugged as wood framing, and well, here are the answers and benefits when going with a 100% steel building.

Unlike its’ wood counterparts steel studs do not wear and tear overtime. They do not get effected by weather conditions and will remain straight and sturdy for longer than a lifetime.

Weather you are looking for storage for your tractors, a 2 or 3 car garage, or whatever your intentions are. You need to have a size in mind.

Quite possible the most important step is talking it over with your county. Call, or go up there with a simple plan. Keep it light, and simple. Don’t overwhelm them as they will want more and more information.

Measure land/Overview

Make sure this is something that will fit properly on your property. Take measurements of your property and vehicles you will be storing in there to make sure it is the right size and height.

Get land Prepped And Ready

You’ve received your quote.

Talked to your spouse, and you’re ready. Put down your deposit, and get your 3-d rendering and order form. Make sure all your contact information is correct for the install crew.

You’ve got your drawings.

You’ve got your renderings. Now take those to your concrete guy, or stake out your level land.

Why does price per square foot fluctuate on each building?

Great question. Every building runs a different truss system that takes more or less steel depending on width of the trusses.

Also, garage doors added, and other options will affect the building price per square foot.

What is the deposit to be placed on the building?

A

The deposit to be placed is between 1518% and will get you on delivery, a 3-d rendering, and order engineered drawings.

Q

What is the lead time?

A

Lead time is the time that it takes from the moment the manufacturer receives your order until the moment you are having it installed on your property. Typical lead times in the industry are between 4-8 weeks.

Do I need a permit?

A

Yes, most likely you do. It’s not hard to get a permit, but you need to check and see what your building requires for roof loads, and wind speeds. You can order engineered drawings from the manufacturer after the deposit is placed no problem.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Everyone’s big question.

Ballpark figures are as shown: 12’-24’ wide = $10-12/sqft.

26’-30’ wide = $11-14/sqft.

32-40’ wide = $12-15/sqft.

50’-70’ wide = $11-14/sqft.
