Con la asesoría general del Maestro Leo Brouwer, los arreglos recuerdan las obras de autores relacionados con la vida artística de la agrupación, como Carlos, X y Eme Alfonso, Esteban Puebla y Lucía Huergo. Bajo el sello discográfico FacMusic/ El Cerrito Record, el disco cuenta con los arreglos, composición, producción y dirección musical de X Alfonso. Una excelente propuesta en la que dialogan la música africana, la sonoridad sinfónica, coros gospel, tambores batá y un leguaje compositivo moderno, evocando a nueve deidades de esta cultura: Elegguá, Oggún, Oshosi, Babalú Ayé, Changó, Obbatalá, Oyá, Yemayá y Oshún. Volver al legado de Síntesis es celebrar su prestigiosa obra y aportes a la música cubana, su forma especial y auténtica de fusionar los ritmos yorubas y occidentales y llevarlos al público. AS Ancestros Sinfónico: raíces, legado y reinvención Síntesis' emblematic trilogy “Ancestros”, the work of which started in the late eighties, inspired this album. It covers ten magnificent pieces masterfully turned into a symphonic suite. Under the general supervision of Maestro Leo Brouwer, the arrangements are reminiscent of the works of authors related to the artistic work of the group, such as Carlos, X and Eme Alfonso, Esteban Puebla and Lucia Huergo. Under the record label FacMusic/El Cerrito Record, the album is arranged, composed, produced and musically directed by X Alfonso. An excellent proposal in which African music, symphonic sound, gospel choirs, bata drums and a modern composition language are linked, evoking nine deities of this culture: Eleggua, Oggun, Oshosi, Babalu Aye, Chango, Obbatala, Oya, Yemaya and Oshun.
