Style inspiration and poetics

Bianca Gervasio hair accessories was born from the idea of creating real jewels for the head. They are creations entirely handmade piece by piece by a talented Milanese craftsman, thus maintaining and supporting the concept of Made in Italy design, style and craftsmanship. The clips are designed by the designer Bianca Gervasio and composed with taste. The inspiration of the collections starts from a vaguely Liberty, ultra-decorative image and the subjects that populate the hair decorations are mainly dragonflies, butterflies, flowers, feathers and fruits, with sinuous and stylized lines. The closures are embellished with pearls or Swarovski crystals in various colors. The pieces are all in brass-based metal then galvanized and gilded in light gold or nickel free for silver, completely hypoallergenic. The clips are: combs, hairpins, clip clips and headbands.

Who is Bianca Gervasio?

Bianca Gervasio was born in Italy in 1979, after having obtained the diploma of Dressmaker and Clothing and Fashion Technician, she graduated in Fashion Design at the Marangoni Institute in 2002. In 2003 she won two Scholarships at the IED Milan, one for course in "Collection structures" and one for the Master in "Technical and sports clothing" again at the IED in 2005. Since 2003 he has been working as a consultant at the Design & Licenses Office of Mila Schön with the task of developing projects for Mila Schön Japan: women's / men's sports line, bridal, accessories (men's - women's shoes, belts, wallets, bags, umbrellas, scarves, foulards and ties). For Mila Schön Italia she designs women's shoes, the girl's and ceremony line. Winner of castings and competitions for emerging designers with personal collections under the Bianca Gervasio brand, she shows and presents in various editions in the official calendars of ALTAROMA, from July 2003 to July 2008 and NUDE (New Upcoming Designer, CNMI) MFW. At the end of 2007, when the new strategic aspects of the international relaunch of the Mila Schön brand were redefined, he made his debut on the catwalks of Milano Moda Donna as Creative Director of the Mila Schön Couture and Prèt à porter line. There are various collaborations as a stylist with atelier of Wedding Dresses and Couture ceremonies: Milan, Rome and Puglia. Collaborations as costume designer for short and feature films, plays and theatrical events. Present in various exhibitions, art collective exhibitions and events at national and international level (China during the silk road held between Beijing and Urunqui, Brussels, Budapest, Dusseldorf, Lugano, Australia, Copenhagen, Prague, Montecarlo, Tokyo, Montenegro, Zurich) with installations, drawings and fashion shows. The Mila Schön experience ends in December 2012. From October 2013 to February 2016 Bianca is Creative Director for the brand: FRAGIACOMO 1956 accessories, footwear, bags and small leather goods for men and women. Today Bianca is a senior designer consultant for fashion companies, making clothes and accessories under the Bianca Gervasio brand, specifically hair clips and tailored suits for private customers and shops, because she strongly believes in the return of tailoring and craftsmanship.
