In the middle of his art class, my father took short breaks to think and go back energized to us, his students. I secretly took this photo 5 years ago, 2 years before his passing, at that moment, I had a deep rush of love and admiration for my mentor and best friend, he never knew of it or saw it. I will always have him sitting across me comfortably in his favorite chair.

We go out walking more confidently across the crowd while thinking we may need this getaway again very soon, and the reason is never to pee.

In my work, I reconsider the question of Mimesis, traditionally related closely to realism art. My picture language consists in the false pretense that my paintings copy nature. The subject matter has been completely designed in digital mediums before I take pictures and assemble them to the prepared the ideal view. I then paint the image with oil paint. To ful ll my artistic goal, I create a paradoxon by taking advantage of a false pretense lying in realism art: that it is coping nature.

Analog Photography In 1880, an Ayurvedic doctor named Girish Chandra Das established this mental hospital in his own residence at Zoara, Chattogram, Bangladesh to serve poor people. According to history, this might be the rst psychiatric hospital in Bangladesh. According to the director and chief doctor Anutosh Kumar Das, in the beginning stage of the treatment for violent patient, kept in a small room where his both feet are locked with a heavy wooden log.

The two mattresses covered with wounds (Me and myself) and the withered tree (I) represent the deepest layers of the artist. The bed that houses them, with the torn and sutured structure, depicts his body. the entire structure stands in precarious balance on four nails, which in turn rest on a carpet of rusty nails, emblem of everyday life. A vertically positioned standing sculpture of a horses head on a wooden base called Baroque. The shapes and lines are reminiscent of the baroque period. Large aring nostrils and lush mane as well as the gold emphases that form his shape slowly disappear into the vertical wooden base of the sculpture. A wooden base on top of a black steel plate create a platform for the horses head that is modeled in a type of clay covered with ber glass and nished off with a bronze patina.
