PROJECT 01

This 3BHK space is styled in traditional contemporary which is a timeless blend of elegance and modernity. This style is characterized by a neutral color palette enriched with deep, rich hues, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, Like ivory,beige and gray often paired with navy blue, burgundy or forest green.

3BHK home offers an ideal blend of space, comfort, and functionality. The layout includes a spacious living room with ample natural light, seamlessly connected to a dining area and a modern, efficient kitchen. The three bedrooms include a large master bedroom with an attached en-suite bathroom, a versatile children’s bedroom, and a comfortable guest room, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.

Thoughtful storage solutions, like built-in cabinetry, help maintain an organized, clutter-free environment. Durable materials and finishes ensure easy maintenance, while comfortable, ergonomic furniture invites relaxation.

The theme of the café is a stunning blend of modern aesthetics and cozy warmth.

Clean lines and a minimalist approach characterize the space, with a neutral color palette of soft whites, warm grays, and deep or chocolate browns.

Accent ceiling adorned with chocolatethemed artwork and contemporary lighting fixtures create a chic ambiance, while comfortable seating areas invite guests to relax and savor their treats.

It is designed the way not only for aesthetic appeal but it seamlessly indulge with functionality and safety.

Large windows fill the café with natural light, creating a warm ambiance complemented by a rich chocolate color palette. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and furniture is arranged to facilitate clear pathways, enhancing safety.

It is a beautifully curated space that showcases a diverse array of flowering plants and potted plants, designed to create an enchanting and vibrant atmosphere.

At the heart of the landscape design lies a stunning fountain, serving as both a visual and auditory focal point, inviting visitors to pause and enjoy the serenity of their surroundings. This garden offers a sensory experience through color, fragrance, and texture.
