News NEW – The Department for Transport has announced a temporary relaxation of the retained EU drivers’ hours for drivers undertaking carriage of goods by road. This is in response to pressures on local and national supply chains and will apply from 12:01am on 12 July 2021 until 11:59pm on 8 August 2021, subject to review. For more information, click here.
Regulation UPDATED – Guidance on Renewing Marketing Authorisations for medicines has been updated to provide advice for applicants on the use of the reliance/recognition procedure for both renewals of marketing authorisations and annual renewals of conditional marketing authorisations.
