Our luxury listing presentation was designed with a luxury lifestyle in mind. This presentation showcases the power of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and it’s agents on a global and local level, outlines our premier marketing services, and presents the home seller with the luxury experience that comes from a partnership with you as their agent.

Within the presentation, we compose a story about our devotion to our clients, their homes and their lives, and how we strive for perfection in every detail. They are available in the following:

WEBSITE

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection website, BHHS.com/luxury-collection, demonstrates how Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection Specialists stand apart in the market, highlighting the quantity and vast geography of network members’ luxury listings. We do this by showcasing the range of tools that Luxury Collection Specialists have available to them as part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand, as well as emphasizing the exceptional service buyers and sellers can expect from agents.

• Luxury Carousel – At the top of the homepage, a carousel features five listings currently on the market. These properties must be designated as luxury and be a toptier, exceptional property.

• Featured Residence – There is one opportunity for a featured residence on the homepage. This residence must qualify as a luxury listing, be currently on the market, and be a top-tier listing.

• Luxury Lens – This social media wall is powered by the Luxury Collection Instagram page @BHHSLuxury. Items that appear on the Luxury Collection Instagram page will also appear in this space.

• Blog Property Feature – To have your listing featured in the Luxury Collection blog, please send an email with the subject line “Luxury Blog” with the listing link, link to downloadable images/video, and brief overview of what makes the property newsworthy, to LuxuryListings@ HSFranchise.com. What makes a home newsworthy could include: a celebrity/ noteworthy owner, unique or interesting design, or a record-breaking listing.

• Luxury Collection Media Coverage – If you have a luxury listing that has been featured in the news and would like it showcased on the media page, please send an email with the subject line “Luxury Media Page” with the listing link an link to online article only (we cannot feature print-only pieces) to LuxuryListings@HSFranchise.com.

• Other ideas – We welcome all ideas for the blog. If you have something you would like to propose, please send an email with the subject line “Luxury Blog” to LuxuryListings@HSFranchise.com.

LUXURY CHATTER GROUP

Hosted on the Resource Center, Chatter is an international networking group for agents to connect with BHHS Luxury Specialists across the globe in order to share their listings, buyer needs, marketing ideas and luxury best practices.

AGENT ICON LUXURY LIBRARIES

Create social media listing graphics on the fly with Agent Icon. Overlay messaging such as “New to Market,” “Open House,” or “Just Sold” on top of your listing photos by texting your photos to one of two Luxury libraries. Several stylistic options will be provided for each messaging option. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Prestige magazine is a premier guide to luxury lifestyle pursuits, trending topics, and spectacular properties from across the globe. A trusted news source for nearly a decade, Prestige showcases fresh perspectives for inspired living. The global magazine is distributed throughout 12 countries and can be found in exclusive aviation lounges. To advertise in Prestige, please search “Prestige” in the Resource Center to locate the most recent Media Kit.

UNIQUE HOMES MAGAZINESOCIAL MEDIA TAKEOVER

This initiative comprises a weekly “takeover” series of the Unique Homes social media accounts on both Instagram and Facebook – totaling more than 415,000 followers. Each Wednesday, Unique Homes shares static (image-only) posts and one video post of a property represented by a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network member to their feed. To ensure it qualifies as a luxury listing, please note that the listing will automatically appear with a Luxury Collection banner on the BHHS.com website if it meets the luxury price threshold. To submit for consideration, please send your social media handles to be tagged, the listing link and a link to the downloadable images/video file to LuxuryListings@HSFranchise.com.

GLOBAL LUXURY OPEN HOUSE

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection Global Open House is a virtual event that brings together agents from around the world to explore and celebrate some of the most exquisite luxury listings represented by network members and to discuss unique marketing and sales opportunities. Each event includes virtual video tours of the properties and is followed by a live question and answer session with the listing agents and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CEO Chris Kelly.
