With nearly 17 years of experience in real estate, I bring passion, problemsolving, and a creative approach to every transaction. I believe that buying or selling a home isn’t just about the paperwork—it’s about creating a space where you can truly thrive. That’s why my motto is: “Home is where you feel like dancing!”

I go above and beyond for my clients, whether that means strategizing prelisting renovations to maximize value or guiding new homeowners through remodeling projects after the sale. Thinking outside the box is second nature to me, and I take pride in finding solutions that lead to seamless closings and positive outcomes for everyone involved.

My deep understanding of home valuation is enhanced by my husband’s 45-year career as a residential appraiser. His expertise in relocation, VA, and mortgage appraisals is an invaluable resource that benefits my clients throughout the buying and selling process.

In addition to serving the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas, I expanded my business to Prescott (Yavapai County) in 2024 and am an active member of the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR). In just my second year in this market, I’ve already facilitated multiple successful transactions, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

HomeServices of America has ended Realogy brokerage subsidiary NRT‘s two-decade reign atop the Real Trends 500 rankings of top residential real estate brokerages in the United States, beating NRT by nearly 10,000 transactions to become the number one real estate firm by sides in 2019.

HomeServices closed 346,629 transaction “sides” for a total sales volume of $135.9 billion by representing the buyer or seller in deals in 2018, according to the report. (The same sale could be counted twice if the brokerage represented both the buyer and seller.) It’s an increase of 6 percent and enough to upset the 20-year winning streak of NRT, which operates through brands such as Sotheby’s and Coldwell Banker.
