Group Sales Executive
VENUE:

DEPARTMENT:
(Remote working is not a possibility for this role) Groups & Access Bookings Department
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE The Groups & Access Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Groups & Access Department, ensuring that all enquiries and reservations are handled efficiently while maximising revenue for both the department and the venue.

As a Groups & Access Sales Executive you will act as the first port of call for all enquiries be it sales or access related, while actively engaging with, and approaching potential bookers.
•
It is of utmost importance that the Groups & Access department present a friendly and professional manner at all times.
•
You must have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate the following skillset:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and problem solve

Strong customer service, selling and interpersonal skills.
•
Motivated, driven & works well within a team
•
A passion for the arts, with a particular interest in the performing arts
•
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
•
Proficient in the use of MS Office packages.
DESIRABLE Previous experience with Ticketmaster ticketing system (Archtics & PCI), although training will be provided.

Experience of a fast pace sales environment.
•
Marketing experience is an advantage
