One of the main missions of Baltimore Fashion Week is not only to provide a high fashion showcasing arena for designers and models, but to also create a higher sense of visibility of brand products for businesses. The production of the 2010 Baltimore Fashion Week Souvenir Magazine will provide just that.

This souvenir magazine will not only be seen by the guests of this event, but it will also be used as part of our Press/Media Marketing Kit for 2011.

On behalf of the editorial team, we would like to thank you in advance for your purchase of ad space in the 2010 Baltimore Fashion Week Souvenir Magazine.

The magazine size - 8.5” x 11” Ad Style – Color [or] Black and White Preferred Media – CD or DVD • Along with the disk, please provide two printable proofs, and contact information.

• This includes the advertiser/company, contact person, phone number and ad name/#. Disks will NOT be returned unless requested.

Image Requirements – All images provided for ads should be final, color corrected, hi-resolution (300 dpi) CMYK files. TIF of EPS file type recommended. Hi-RES images should not be scaled more than 115% to maintain image quality.

Production Reminders: •

All spread ads should be prepared as two individual bleed pages. See full page bleed dimensions.

Ads created in an unacceptable format cannot be accepted and will need to be resubmitted or recreated.

•

All ads submitted should be suitable to print as is. Butterfly Productions, LLC cannot be responsible for any errors in content.

•

If files are prepared improperly and mechanical requirements are not met, Butterfly Productions, LLC cannot guarantee the production of the ad.

•

If artwork for souvenir magazine ad needs to be created, please contact us, additional charges will apply.
