At Beyond the Decor, we will plan & design your wedding to radiate style and fun, while ensuring that your unique tastes shine through every detail. We create weddings for couples throughout Virginia and beyond, each one as distinctive and completely unforgettable as the love story it represents. Our mission is to guide and support you through an impeccable experience, from the vendor coordination to your design, and to the last dance.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Hi there!
As a Virginia wedding & event planner I love creating oneof-a-kind celebrations, particularly if it involves new locations, unusual requests, or challenging timelines I got into planning weddings back in 2010 in when I decided to plan & design my own wedding. After that...I was hooked!
I LOVE bright colors and I love a design challenge Hand me your ideas and watch them transform into the golden moments and fine details that make your wedding unforgettable!
When I'm not hanging with my clients, you can find me hanging with my little fam (Brandon and Brandon, Jr.). I’m a coffee lover and I love to dance

PROCESS

Free Discovery Call
We start with a phone consultation to discuss your wedding needs
From there, we will put together a proposal for you to approve. This proposal will include an estimate of pricing based on what we discussed After you approve the proposal, your date will be reserved with a $1,000 retainer and signed agreement.

Planning Meeting and/or Site Visit

After your retainer has been paid, we would schedule a planning and/or design meeting. From there, we will go over the next steps in the planning/design process We will also meet at your wedding location to conceptualize the design At the in-person consultation and site visit we will finalize the design cost and prepare the design proposal.
Design Proposal
Detailed proposal including design board, floor plan and pricing You will receive approximately two weeks after site visit

Final Details/Planning Call
Approximately thirty (30) days before wedding day, we will do a final walkthrough of the entire event space to confirm no details are missed.
Wedding Day
It's finally here! We will be on-site to set up/and or coordinate, and just know we're excited to celebrate your special day!

The Coordination package is designed for the couple who have control over the planning process. They have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day We tie any loose ends so you will be at ease!
Custom Wedding Design, Decor, & Florals
Custom Pricing
If you want your wedding day to be authentic and personalized to you and your partner's style we are the right designers for you Our team of designers can create lavish, boho, garden feel, and many more design styles for your special day. We not only create a detailed blueprint of your wedding design, we will also source all vendors needed to execute your vision if we cannot provide a service (See next page for decor collections)
We do not offer Full Planning and/or Coordination services without our Design services. We do offer Design as an Al Carte service.

FAQ
Do you offer installment plans?
We have a flexible payment structure to accommodate our clients for our planning and design services. You can make payments weekly, bi-weekly or monthly The final payment is due one month prior to your event
Do I need to hire a professional wedding planner to work with Beyond the Decor for my decor and design?
We highly recommend that you have a professional wedding planner and/or day of coordinator for your wedding date. We recommend that all vendors that you hire have valid business license and a valid certificate of insurance If you do not have a wedding planner, we can provide that service to you with our Wedding Design, Floral & Décor Production Services.
I already have a few vendors picked out, but I am in over my head and need help, can you help me?
