THE PROJECT: Berlin-Lichtenberg Housing

THE GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Location: Berlin, Germany Year: 2019 Architects: Heide & Von Beckerath Co-living Type: A complex housing with units and functions suited to different needs Introduction: Located in a residential area near the center of the city, the project not only responds to the basic form of the nearby apartment houses. At the same time, the building is integrated with the ground connection. Then, according to different needs, as well as in the congregated house and relatively private single and multiple rooms, let the congregated life slowly into the building itself and the needs of the client. As a result, this forms a complementary relationship between the physical and the psychological, as well as communication, to resolve the boundary between public and private. It’s more of an experiment to explore the possibilities and practicalities of composite life Living Room
