Dear Anna:
$13,500is the fee for planning and design with Beth Helmstetter throughout $21,500 the planning process as well as onsite management. Onsite staffing is billed at $275 per associate/per day. For the wedding weekend as I understand it, I anticipate, 3 associates starting on Thursday for install, 4 on Friday, 5 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday ($3850) for a total anticipated investment of $25350.
TRAVEL FEES While we love to travel, with your venue being over 50 miles outside of West Hollywood, all travel expenses for both scouting trips and throughout the implementation of your wedding, would be an additional expense. Scouting trips include Beth Helmstetter and 1 event producer and the wedding week will include Beth Helmstetter and 2 event producers. Upon request, we would be happy to prepare a travel quote for you.
