Present Personal Positive An effective affirmation is: It can be inspirational, help you reach a goal, recognize your unique gifts and value yourself or allow you to sit in gratitude for a moment.
It is my hope that we will learn from one another's affirmations. Though we are different, this shared experience, 35 years ago, has linked us in many ways. Sharing our affirmations may help us to dream bigger, accomplish more and be more grateful for one another. There is much to gain from all of us.
