Bush Construction, Novak Design Group and all subcontractors/suppliers are successfully using a web-based software called Plan Room for submittal, RFI and meeting minute updates.

All structural steel, joists and decking are complete at Area A and B. Outside of a couple minor flashings, all roofing is complete at Area A & B.

Inspections by the City of Bettendorf Building Department will be conducted as necessary to ensure the building construction is being performed to applicable codes.

Terracon is and will be conducting testing/inspection procedures on building compaction, concrete, steel welds and bolt connections.

SAFETY QUALITY CONTROL •

Bush Construction is in constant contact with each trade contractor and all third party inspectors to ensure that performed services and materials adhere to the defined set of quality criteria per the project documents.

Foreman meetings are conducted on site weekly with all foreman working on the project. Safety is the first item discussed at these meetings.

Tool Box Talks are conducted weekly by all prime contractors and second tier subcontractors working onsite.

Area A interior stud walls are installed and a good portion of them are ready for sheet rock.

Plumbing and electrical trades are all roughed in inside the stud walls and inspections passed in Area A. Nearly all ductwork is hung in Area A. EIFS at side and back of Area A are ready for color. Front waterproofing and insulation are currently being installed.

Area B exterior/bearing block walls are complete.

Area B steel joists and deck are complete.

Brick work is well over half complete and looking to be done by end of next week at Area B. Concrete floor slabs are currently being poured at Area B with interior block walls due to be installed next.

KEY SCHEDULE MILESTONES • •

Both building additions are projected to be complete by March 2018.

The renovation space, planned for summer of 2018, is projected to be complete by September 2018.

Lisa Piotter coordinated the installation of artificial grass at the playground.
