KEY INSPECTIONS •

Bush Construction, Novak Design Group and all subcontractors/suppliers are successfully using a web-based software called Plan Room for submittal, RFI and meeting minute updates.

Ground breaking ceremony was held Sunday May 21, 2017 in between church services.

•

Inspections by the City of Bettendorf Building Department will be conducted as necessary to ensure the building construction is being performed to applicable codes.

Terracon is and will be conducting testing/inspection procedures on building compaction, concrete, steel welds and bolt connections.

SAFETY •

Foreman meetings are conducted on site weekly with all foreman working on the project. Safety is the first item discussed at these meetings.

Tool Box Talks are conducted weekly by all prime contractors and second tier subcontractors working onsite.

QUALITY CONTROL •

Bush Construction is in constant contact with each trade contractor and all third party inspectors to ensure that performed services and materials adhere to the defined set of quality criteria per the project documents.

Bush Construction mobilized on site with site fencing, a dumpster and our project work trailer.

Coopman Trucking has been bringing in truck loads of rock to bring the building pad up to finished floor level.

The existing porte cochere was removed and hauled away to make room for the new building addition/front entrance.

Site utilities, including fire hydrant replacement, storm and sanitary sewer will begin the first full week in June.

KEY SCHEDULE MILESTONES • •

Both building additions are projected to be complete by March 2018.

The renovation space, planned for summer of 2018, is projected to be complete by September 2018.
