This year’s fiscal budget covers the entire calendar year inclusive of all program and operations expenses. A full budget excel sheet can be provided upon request for a detailed breakdown of expense line items for each area. Note that revenue is an estimate based on expected number of students and associated registration fees for each program.

Sponsorship Options

To ensure an engaging experience across all programs, we are asking for support through monetary and in-kind sponsorship. Each level of sponsorship will be accompanied by unique opportunities for the sponsor to engage students and be featured in the 2023 BETA promotional campaign.

Monetary Sponsorship Options

Below is a table summary of the monetary sponsorship options, followed by the unique benefits of each level of sponsorship.

Diamond Sponsor

The Diamond Sponsor or Title Sponsor of BETA X is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a company to headline BETA Camp. Delta Club and Bright Minds Academy and give a significant donation to the success of these programs. This sponsorship option will receive the following benefits:

• Title Sponsor of the Camp, e.g. “2023 BETA Camp presented by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]”

• Title Sponsor of the inaugural ceremony for high school E-Club, e.g. “2023 Delta Club presented by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]”

• Title Sponsor of the inaugural after school primary program, e.g. “2023 Bright Minds Academy presented by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]”

• Press Release specifically highlighting Title sponsorship

• Opportunity to have an address at Opening to students and Closing Ceremony to the public

The Titanium Sponsor is an exclusive opportunity for a company to headline BETA X and give a significant donation to the success of multiple programs. This sponsorship option will receive the following benefits:

The Platinum Sponsor of the Camp is a one of only 3 opportunities for a company to be featured as a main sponsor of BETA camp and Delta Club. This sponsorship option will receive the following benefits:

The Silver Sponsor option is one of only five opportunities to be featured as a key sponsor of (2) Delta club chapter. This sponsorship option allows for multiple benefits including the following:

Student Sponsor

This year we are planning to host 100 students at the BETA Camp with a target of at least 20 being from the family islands. These family island students may participate in-person or virtually. In order to facilitate this, we are asking for companies to sponsor the cost and accommodation for a student to travel from a family island to stay in Nassau for the duration of the camp OR for companies to sponsor students that may need a device to attend virtually. The Student Sponsor option will receive the following benefits:
