Dossier IV Bestial Race briefing Les hacemos un breve resumen sobre los detalles más importantes de la IV Fuerteventura Bestial Race.

Es muy importante que lean este dossier ya que muchas dudas que nos están llegando las hemos publicado con anterioridad en los dossier de carrera.

Te recomendamos que estés en la zona de salida / meta con media hora de adelanto a tu hora de salida, así podrás llegar a tiempo y solventar cualquier duda que tengas.

El chip de control de tiempo se pone en el tobillo o en la zapatilla, sino no podremos tomar tus tiempos de carrera, media hora antes de la entrega de premios publicaremos resultados en una app y web.

Toda la carrera se desarrolla en un terreno señalado por cintas o balizas, no iremos por carreteras de asfalto, ni cruzaremos ningún recorrido transitado por vehículos. Pero en caso de emergencia podrás encontrar a los servicios de salud en el recorrido, te pedimos que colabores y les dejes paso, están ahí para cuidar de ti.

Durante el recorrido encontrarás avituallamientos de líquidos, se consciente que el agua es un bien limitado, toma tanta agua como quieras pero no la malgastes, en la carrera hay varias cubetas de agua para que entres y te mojes, si tenemos calor en la carrera seguro te ayudará.

Te daremos el agua en vaso de cartón eco, este vaso lo debes depositar en la zona de avituallamiento, ayúdanos a cuidar el medio ambiente.

En la meta encontrarás el avituallamiento final de carrera, con todo lo que puedas necesitar para recuperarte, es muy importante que sigas las instrucciones de los compañeros del avituallamiento.

Esa comida es para los corredores, de nada vale que que cojas 5 botellas de bebida para tus amigos o familiares si con ese gesto estás dejando a otro participante sin bebida.

Te pedimos que seas consciente de esto.

Después de terminar podrás acceder a la zona habilitada con duchas, baños y vestuarios.

Recuerda que participas con la normativa de superar obligatoriamente los obstáculos, en la salida te entregaremos una pulsera de control, si no superar el obstáculo o no eres capaz de seguir tendrás que entregarla al staff de la carrera. Recuerda que puedes intentar superar el obstáculo cuantas veces quieras, siempre dejando a los demás participantes poder proseguir su carrera.

En todos los obstáculos de suspensión recuerda que no podrás tocar ni los elementos que unen los obstáculos a las estructuras así como las propias estructuras que los sustentan.

La normativa dice que los obstáculos de suspensión al final del trazado, deberá tener un elemento sonoro, como por ejemplo una campana, con lo cual el corredor tendrá que suspenderse desde el primer elemento hasta tocar la campana, no tendrán la obligación de tocar todos los elementos.

Recuerda que si eres Élite tienes que llevar tu dorsal de papel durante la carrera, es muy importante.

Penalizaciones A lo largo de la Bestial Race 2019 te encontrarás con diversos obstáculos, los cuales tienes que superar, si no eres capaz penalizas pagando con burpees si tu modalidad es la no competitiva, si participas en élite o grupo de edad no podrás fallar o serás eliminado.

Categoría General: Se permite ayuda para superar los obstáculos.

En ciertos obstáculos únicamente tendrás 2 oportunidades para superarlo, sino lo consigues tendrás que pagar con burpees.

Si participan en la categoría general serás penalizado con un ejercicio, los Burpees, serán 20 para la TREX y 10 para la HELL. Nuestros voluntarios serán los encargados de revisar que lo haces bien, estás obligado a hacerles caso, si desatiendes sus indicaciones podrías ser descalificado de la competición.

Categoría Élite o grupo de edad: No se permite ayuda para superar los obstáculos.

Si participas en categoría Élite o grupo de edad, no serás penalizado, si no eres capaz de superar un obstáculo, te retirarán tu pulsera de modalidad competitiva y serás descalificado, tendrás tu tiempo pero no puntuarás ni recibes trofeo.

Los encargados de descalificar y hacer un correcto seguimiento de las pruebas serán los voluntarios y Marshalls de Bestial Race.

Por ello te animamos a repetir sin límite de oportunidades el obstáculo hasta que lo superes.
