Jahu Resto Soulful Pastas and Pizzas The most delicious dishes at the slightly hipsterish Jahu Resto with a pleasant atmosphere are made from flour (jahu in Estonian) – pizzas and pastas dominate the menu. The food is simple, but the tastes are honest and finely refined. Fresh pasta is prepared on site every morning and the pizzas are among the best in town. The hits on the drink menu include coffee made from freshly roasted beans, interesting wines that are produced using natural methods, and Jahu beer brewed especially for the restaurant. In addition to the delicious food, a sustainable way of thinking also prevails: the building is shared with a ceramic tile salon.
