CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) is the main professional body to recognize and allocate professional human resources (HR) qualifications. It offers qualifications to the students at different levels level 3, level 5, and level 7. Level 3 is the foundation level. In this level, there are students who have zero or very little experience, and who are basically newcomers to the profession.
