What is the HLTA Status? HLTAs work closely with teaching staff to raise standards and support learners to reach their full potential. HLTA Status is gained by attending two Face-to-Face Preparation days and successfully submitting a portfolio of evidence and completing an online Assessment.

Preparation days will explore the HLTA Standards, the assessment process and how to accurately and successfully complete assessment tasks and the portfolio of evidence.
