Aim To consolidate knowledge of key change management models, apply them to workplace situations and link to end point assessment (EPA).
Objectives
• Review the key concepts of Kotter, Lewin and ADKAR change models
• Apply a chosen model to a real or simulated workplace change
• Link models to EPA expectations (e.g. S12, K17, K25, B5)
Review the key concepts of Kotter, Lewin and ADKAR change models (Resource 2)
