VFW Auxiliary National District Council Member #11 Sandy Weldon of Iowa, will serve as the Auxiliary Representative. Slated for February 4 and 5 at the HoChunk Casino Hotel and Conference Center in Baraboo, the “Mid-Winter” is always a more relaxed combination of business and social time, along with valuable training opportunities. And of course we will honor our Voice of Democracy, Patriot’s Pen and Teacher of the Year winners at the Saturday Awards Luncheon. Tentative schedules for both groups are listed elsewhere in this paper. Note that the VFW Past Commanders Luncheon and the Auxiliary Dutch Treat Luncheon will again be held midday on Friday. Past – and current – VFW Commanders at ANY level are welcome at the Past Commanders Luncheon and the Auxiliary Luncheon is open to any and all Auxiliary members who would like to attend.
