ABOUT ME WORK EXPERIENCE

I’m an Architectural Technologist with a year of industry experience following my graduation from SAIT.

Beyond work, I’m deeply passionate about art and music. I spend much of my free time sketching and honing my skills in software like Revit and Adobe Photoshop, always with a strong attention to detail. This precision carries through both my personal and professional work.

I thrive on creative challenges and find real purpose in my hobbies. Whether working on architectural drawings or painting, I approach each project with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective. I believe the creativity I cultivate outside of work strengthens my ability to contribute meaningfully within the industry.

Welcome to Flirt, a vibrant and modern makeup studio located in the heart of Cochrane, Alberta. The project was delivered in two distinct phases: the shell and core, followed by a comprehensive interior fit-out. The first phase focused on establishing a strong architectural foundation, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding commercial context.

The second phase transformed the space into a refined, highly customized environment aligned with the client’s vision. From spatial layout and finishes to lighting and millwork, every detail was crafted to create an elevated beauty experience.

FRAMING OPTION I

This framing option features vertically running joists, complemented by horizontally positioned beams on the main floor and load-bearing walls. I favor this design for its simplicity and efficiency, which optimizes space on the main floor, particularly advantageous for creating expansive retail areas.

FRAMING OPTION II

In this framing configuration, joists run horizontally, while beams on the main floor and load-bearing walls on upper levels run vertically. Although my second choice, this layout introduces complexity to residential floor plans and reduces available retail space on the main floor, contrasting with the simplicity and efficiency of the vertical joist option.

Welcome to the Capitol Hill Bungalow Project, a charming single-detached woodframed house nestled in the heart of Capitol Hill. Designed as part of an Architectural Technology program, this cozy 2-bedroom bungalow embodies simplicity and functionality.

Externally, the house features a spacious backyard deck, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery, this deck offers a private retreat for residents to enjoy the Capitol Hill ambiance. The use of wood framing extends seamlessly from the house to the deck, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor living space that complements the bungalow’s charm and character.
