TENANT AMENITIES INCLUDE FITNESS CENTER, LANDSCAPE PODIUM COURTYARD, FIFTH FLOOR COMMUNITY ROOF DECK, PRIVATE BALCONIES, GROUND FLOOR CIVIC CENTER AS DAY CARE, AND BICYCLE STORAGE.
