What’s new at Sam’s Waterside Brasserie & Bar in Brentford?

Sam Harrison, the founder of Sam’s, has been a restaurateur in West London for 20 years, having opened his first restaurant, Sam’s Brasserie in Chiswick in 2005. Sam & his team are known for creating much-loved local restaurants, with a focus on British cuisine in a relaxed, fun environment that is equally perfect for business meetings, catch-ups with friends or family get-togethers.

As he embarks on his second year in the heart of the vibrant Brentford Project—a dynamic new residential community that connects Brentford High Street and the riverside—he is thrilled to introduce a completely refreshed menu at Sam’s Waterside.

Leading this exciting new chapter is Head Chef Abbie Hendren. With Abbie’s creative direction, Sam’s Waterside proudly showcases the finest British produce. Guests can expect only the best from our trusted suppliers: expertly sourced meats from HG Walter, fresh fish and shellfish from Wright Brothers, and whenever possible, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Chiswick House Kitchen Garden and Phoenix Farm in White City.

The menu is a true brasserie experience with a great value locals set menu for £19.50 – perfect for a mid-week lunch or dinner meeting!

Sam has said, “There are many standout dishes on the new menu and very hard to pick my favourites. But if I was forced I might say you have to try the Grilled Chorizo Picante, Padron Peppers, Goat’s Curd, Salsa Verde, or the Portland Crab Linguine, Lemon, Chilli, Basil.” also exciting is they will be serving Weekend
