Safer Business Hounslow and Russell Finex - Working together in partnership

Safer Business Hounslow is an initiative that works alongside local government, retailers, CCTV controllers, amongst many others, to reduce crime and create safer communities.

Run by the West London Chambers of Commerce, funding for SBH comes from the local authority, and the private sector, working together in partnership.

A key partner supporting the local community is Russell Finex. Founded in 1934, Russell Finex is a global leader in the manufacture of sieving and filtration equipment.

As an international company that grew from humble beginnings, Russell Finex recognizes the importance of giving back to the community. Russell Finex HQ is located in the Hounslow borough of West London and believe that giving back to the community is more important than ever.

Safer Business Hounslow (SBH) is an initiative that Russell Finex has sponsored for the last seven years. The overall focus of this initiative started with the aim of making Hounslow Borough a safer place to work, shop, and invest in. Since 2020 and the COVID pandemic the scheme has expanded even further, going on to help companies through the economic downturn that continues to severely affect the high-street.

Safer Business Hounslow and the West London Chambers of Commerce have been able to assist over hundreds of companies, due in no small part to its sponsorships of companies such as Russell Finex. The company’s ongoing support is vital to help businesses and local employees stay safe in their communities.
