Directors in the Spotlight Directors take centre stage
Directors had their moment in the spotlight during a business breakfast at Fanhams Hall Hotel in Ware for a morning of learning, networking and discussion.
Hosted by Hertfordshire Chamber and sponsored by Longmores Solicitors, the Directors in the Spotlight event brought together professionals from across Hertfordshire to find out more about the critical role directors play in today’s business landscape.
The event delved into the responsibilities of directors, highlighting the importance of good governance and risk awareness. A panel of experienced solicitors from Longmores shared real-world case studies, covering topics such as misconduct, financial mismanagement and insolvency.
The speakers included:

Attendees engaged in a lively Q&A session, where new and experienced directors had the opportunity to take part in insightful discussions and leave with practical tips and advice.
