WHY NERVES SUFFER? It is said that nerves suffer due to Mitochondria Dropout. Mitochondria are tiny energy packets found inside cells present within our body. They make energy that the cell uses to heal itself and to maintain an electronic gradient. When these small mitochondria die within the cell because of oxidative stress or damage caused to them, then the nerve starts to suffer.
